• What is the right plan for me?

  Start with Free to try video generation. Choose Pro for daily shipping with prepaid generation and agent dollars. Startup doubles Pro limits for team-ready concurrency, Scale is for higher generation volume, and larger organizations that need custom allotments or invoice billing should choose Enterprise.

• What is included in my plan?

  Each plan includes a prepaid generation allotment for media jobs, matching agent dollars for Sume Agent, API + MCP access, and a concurrency limit (1 on Free, 2 on Pro, 4 on Startup, 10 on Scale).

• What happens when I run out of included usage?

  When included generation or agent allotment is exhausted, upgrade to a higher plan for more prepaid usage, or contact us for Enterprise. Self-serve prepaid top-ups are not the default path.

• How do I upgrade or manage my subscription?

  Signed-in users can upgrade and manage billing from the Subscription page in the dashboard. Self-serve plans use Stripe Checkout and the customer portal.

• Do plans include API and MCP access?

  Yes. Free and paid plans include API and MCP access so you can run generation directly or connect Sume to your own agents and workflows.

• What is concurrency, and why does it matter?

  Concurrency is how many generation jobs can run at the same time. Higher plans raise the limit so teams can ship more video in parallel without waiting on a single job slot.
